Not only this they asked me to confirm before they proceed. They confirmed they took my money but generated no order and now I would have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund and then reorder. I then got a response to this but not the email I responded to. I replied to this email and got no response so I had to raise another complaint. They didn’t even read my comments! Unbelievably bad service from the start. The response was to ask me for my order number. I raised a support request exposing the situation and that I didn’t get an order number and it wasn’t showing on my account. Around the 7th I realised I hadn’t received an email confirmation but the money was taken from my bank account. My money was taken and then I happily waited.

Honestly one star is generous for this company! I placed an order at the end of January for dispatch 7th February. I would rather you refund my money, but if you force me to pursue this, I will until I find you and discredit you completely. If I haven't heard from you Feb 21, 2023, I will start the pursuit of you with the Consumer Protection in Northwich, The Consumer Protection Association in Shefford, the Consumer Centre UK, the Ombudsman Association for your company, the Consumer Direct in London Borough of Havering/Langtons Cottage/Billet Lane/Hornchurch, and anyone else advised by these organisations. Whatever the case, I will find you and do everything within my power to get my money back. My bank has suggested your company is a SCAM. I have sent numerous emails to you and have received NO SATISFACTION. I have called you on three occasions - at a great cost. You have contacted me two times - once from Katherine and once from Dominic assuring my "withdrawal is forthcoming". I have been fighting with your company since after I sent $3500.00 to open an account - ******27.
